30% deposit, 70% against a copy of the bill of lading, by T/T bank transfer. Spare-part and sample orders are prepaid in full. We do not accept card payment for machine orders — the amounts are too large and the chargeback risk on both sides is not worth it.
7–25 days for standard models once the deposit clears and the voltage is confirmed. Motor windings to a non-standard voltage add about a week. We tell you the real date at quotation, not after you pay.
Single units ship LCL in a fumigation-free plywood case. A 260-type pellet mill is about 1.1 CBM and 380 kg net. We quote FOB Shenzhen and can arrange CIF to your port if you prefer one invoice.
12 months on the machine, excluding wear parts. Dies, rollers, hammers and screens are consumables — we keep them in stock and ship within 3 days, separately from any machine order.
